In her new capacity, Hubert will assume responsibility for the resort’s comprehensive daily operations. Her focus will encompass maximizing guest satisfaction, ensuring robust financial performance, nurturing strong homeowner relations, and fostering a highly engaged team. A key aspect of her role involves guiding the resort’s strategic objectives, including streamlining operations and cultivating an environment of service excellence across all departments.
A Proven Track Record in Luxury Hospitality
Prior to her arrival at Everline Resort & Spa, Hubert served as the General Manager of Outbound Sedona, another distinguished property under the CoralTree Hospitality umbrella. In this pre-opening role, she was instrumental in preparing the resort for its anticipated Spring 2026 debut. Hubert’s leadership was pivotal during the launch phase, where she expertly managed diverse departments including marketing, guest services, wellness, dining, and recreation, contributing to the creation of a luxury experience designed to attract a wide spectrum of guests.
Before her tenure in Sedona, Hubert spent nearly three years as the General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country. During this period, she oversaw all facets of hotel operations, from strategic business planning and owner relations to union management and revenue growth. Her leadership resulted in record-breaking revenues and marked improvements in both guest satisfaction and employee engagement, alongside notable operational enhancements.
Hubert’s expertise further expanded into marketing and sales in 2022 when she took on the role of Opening Sales & Marketing Director for Hyatt Centric Silicon Valley. She led the development and execution of the resort’s marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and public relations initiatives, contributing to a successful launch that quickly established the property within the competitive regional market.
Deep Roots in Lake Tahoe
Hubert also possesses a significant history with the Lake Tahoe area, having previously held key sales positions at The Resort at Squaw Creek, including Director of Sales and Director of Group Sales. Her contributions in managing corporate accounts and group bookings were vital to the property’s expansion and standing in the local market.
Her career in hospitality commenced at Buffalo Marriott, where she served as Director of Restaurants under Boykin Management Company. She subsequently held leadership positions at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite before joining Delaware North. As General Manager of Wawona Hotel within Yosemite National Park, Hubert effectively managed national corporate and group accounts, driving market expansion for several iconic properties within the brand.
